Service Description

Women's Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath. We begin with a women's circle and sharing and participate in movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, breathwork and float away to dreamy sounds.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours prior to your session if you need to cancel for a refund (or re-schedule for packages). If you cancel a group kundalini yoga class within the 24 hour window, you may apply the $25 to a massage with Mermaid Massage South Bay (www.mermaidmassagesouthbay.com ) within 4 weeks of the missed class OR you may apply the $25 of the missed class to the next week's class only. Please contact me in either of these cases.
