This is a connection call to discover if we may be a match made in heaven for coaching guidance sessions or if you would like to connect in detail about any of the offerings presented including retreats, tantra (for women and couples) and The Kundalini Connection online program. *Allow me to support you in transforming the way you work, feel and perceive life and empower you to live the way you have always wanted to. *Learn how to connect with your true nature through mind, body and spirit, balancing your polarities, setting your outer space to reflect your inner space and becoming your most present, vibrant self through daily practices, a safe space to process and guided movement and meditation. *Embark on the most intimate journey of deeply getting to know yourself and develop habits and rituals that will nourish your entire being. Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours prior to your session if you need to cancel for a refund (or re-schedule for packages). If you cancel a group kundalini yoga class within the 24 hour window, you may apply the $25 to a massage with Mermaid Massage South Bay (www.mermaidmassagesouthbay.com ) within 4 weeks of the missed class OR you may apply the $25 of the missed class to the next week's class only. Please contact me in either of these cases.
